Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Item is in resellable condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • Proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item returned without prior approval

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Wait for written approval before sending anything
  3. Ship the item within 3 days of approval

Unauthorized returns will be rejected and discarded without refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement or
  • A refund at our discretion

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25%


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny future purchases
  • Submit evidence to dispute the claim
  • Take further action if necessary

10. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds at our sole discretion.
