Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During high demand periods, processing times may be extended

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order if fraud or suspicious activity is detected.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates only, not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier issues
  • Weather or logistical disruptions

If your package is late, congratulations, you’ve experienced global shipping.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility

We do not control or cover these charges.


4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped
  • It may take 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the system

If tracking hasn’t updated yet, it’s not lost. It’s just existing somewhere in the void between warehouses.


5. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages

If the order is returned to us:

  • Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the order has been handed to the carrier:

  • AbeCrafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly

If you believe your package is lost, we may assist, but we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence

We will review the case and may offer:

  • A replacement or
  • A refund at our discretion

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

This is normal and not a mistake.


9. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Carriers
  • Global events
  • Incorrect customer information

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
